Company Description

We are seeking a technically skilled and inspiring Team Lead (f/m/x) for our Engineering team at AUTO1 Group, dedicated to developing cutting-edge tools and solutions for our Sales organization. You will lead a team of talented engineers focused on building and enhancing CRM systems, integrating AI-powered features from leading providers, and optimizing call management solutions to empower our sales agents in their interactions with customers.

Your new Role

Lead the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines
Foster a positive team culture by supporting strong collaboration and continuously improving team processes
Take ownership of product stability and performance in the production environment, proactively addressing issues as they arise
Communicate and work effectively with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
Mentor your engineers by setting clear expectations and conducting performance management

Your Skills

5+ years of professional experience in java programming with spring-based technologies
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience in building productive team environment by providing structured feedback, helping engineers to achieve their goals
Experience with Microservices architecture
Strong experience in building restful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Experience with AWS ecosystem is a plus
