Your new Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the automotive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Portuguese (mandatory). Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

  • Work from home policy: one week every month.
