Our People Department drives the growth and success of AUTO1 Group by managing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and fostering a thriving company culture. We are now seeking a Business Expansion Manager for the People Department to work closely with our Production and Purchasing teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our People Growth Plan, ensuring we attract and deliver the best talent to meet the evolving needs of both departments.

You will report directly to our Director People Germany - Josefine Tonn.

Your new Role

  • Partner with Production and Purchasing teams to develop diverse talent pools, including international and relocation agency sources, to meet headcount goals.
  • Deploy scalable recruitment initiatives aligned with business growth while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, improving funnel efficiency and reducing costs per hire.
  • Lead regular market reviews with stakeholders to assess progress and drive actionable solutions.
  • Enhance sourcing capacity and processes to support international growth and operational needs.
     

Your Skills

  • Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a scale-up environment, with strong expertise in talent acquisition and people operations.
  • Degree from a business school or equivalent, showcasing a strong foundation in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations is highly advantageous.
  • Quick decision-making and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
